the soap dispensers were empty upon arrival. it seems refilling them is optional. the bed situation requires an upgrade as it had the support of a hammock. it wasn't quite the slumber party i had in mind.

the breakfast was delicious! i had poached eggs one day. i asked for a bacon sandwich on the second day. they catered to my needs. the room was cleaned every day and made like new.
The soap dispensers in the bathroom and shower were empty. The bed was really not comfortable.

The location was convenient. it was just a short walk to the town centre, the tower, and the winter gardens. the breakfast was a definite highlight. It really set me up for the day with a great selection (i especially liked the scrambled eggs).
i did find that the soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty, it was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel had a great location. It was close to the tower, promenade, and shops. Breakfast included a full english option. I enjoyed a good selection of fruit juices, cereal, fruit and yoghurt as well.
